I teach dynamic, mindful and joyful yoga and mindfulness classes in German, English and French. I have been particularly influenced by the dynamic Viniyasa Flow, the energetic Prana Flow Yoga, the precision of Iyengar, as well as various Buddhist meditation tradition especially Vipassana. For me, yoga and mindfulness are a method for healing body and mind and a way to live from the heart.
